Service scope
ServiceNow Docs Generator provides tooling for processing update set XML and generating documentation outputs. Feature availability depends on the active plan.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account credentials and for uploading content you are authorized to process. Abuse, attempts to disrupt service, or unlawful usage may result in access restriction.
Billing
Paid subscriptions and add-on purchases are processed via Stripe. Plan limits, prices, and available features are shown on the pricing and billing pages.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal. When canceled, paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refunds and charge disputes
Refund eligibility depends on applicable consumer law and payment processor rules. For billing issues, contact support first so we can review and resolve the request promptly.
Liability and service changes
We may update features, limits, and pricing over time. Material updates are reflected in product pages and effective dates. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to direct damages related to use of the service.
